For the elderflower sparkling wine, completely dissolve sugar in water.
Add elderflowers, lemons and vinegar and let stand for 24 hours.
Strain, fill into thick-walled bottles (champagne bottles are best for this) and secure cork.
Store the elderflower sparkling wine in a dark and upright place!
Preparation Tip:
Cut a shallow notch in the surface of the cork with a sharp knife. Push a tying thread about 45 cm long into the notch and tie it around the bead of the bottle neck. Double knot for safety. After a few days, a slight fermentation will begin. About 1 month later, the lightly moussing elderflower sparkling wine can be enjoyed.
