Instructions:

For the minced loaf, first cut the bread into fine cubes, pour milk over it and let it soak well. Lightly fry the small onion cubes in butter.

Mix the minced meat with the spices, herbs, the squeezed bread, the onions and the egg and knead until firm. If the meat dough is too soft, knead in a small amount of bread crumbs.

Form a sausage from the meat mixture on the floured work surface, cut down slices and form into loaves, press evenly and fry slowly on both sides in butter fat that is not too hot.

Remove the minced meat loafs and arrange them.
