For the lentil soup, rinse the lentils well in a sieve. Chop the onion and bell bell pepper and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Add vegetable soup, lentils and ginger.
Simmer until the lentils are soft. Add coconut casein and lemon juice and blend with a blender or hand blender. Finally, season according to desired spiciness and serve the lentil soup.

Spice up and refine the lentil soup as desired with coriander leaves or parsley.
