Instructions:

To make the zucchini boats with bulgur in the Thermomix, first roughly chop the cheese, chop in the mixing bowl for 7 seconds / speed 8 and transfer to a bowl. Roughly dice the ham, chop in the mixing bowl for 4 seconds / speed 5 and add to the cheese. Wash the tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove the stalks. Chop the quarters in the mixing bowl for 2 seconds / speed 5, also add to the cheese.

Bring the soup and 150 g water to the boil in the mixing bowl for 2 minutes / 100 °C / speed 1. Add the bulgur and leave to swell for 15 minutes / 70 °C / reverse / gentle stirring. In the meantime, wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out with a teaspoon. Cut the halves diagonally into 3 pieces each. Peel the garlic and onions, cut the onions into quarters.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C, line a baking sheet with baking paper. Add the bulgur to the cheese in the bowl. Chop the garlic and onions in the mixing bowl for 3 seconds / speed 8.
