Peel 6 fine pieces of peel from the orange. Peel and fillet the remaining orange. Leave to marinate in vodka in a small bowl.

Wash and seed the bell bell pepper, cut into thin strips. Do the same with the chili.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Puree the peppers, tomatoes and Peppadew fruit in a food processor. In a bowl, mix the sour cream and crème fraîche. Add the puree and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the fine orange peel. Chill in the refrigerator and decorate with the marinated orange fillets before serving. Tastes great with Kettle Chips Chilli!
