Water and honey are boiled and seasoned with the spices. Brewer’s yeast is mixed with half a cup of this mixture and left covered for 10 hours. Important: the heat must not exceed 30 degrees. Test: put your finger in, if you don’t notice any temperature difference, it’s ok. After that, the prepared brewer’s yeast is added to the water-honey mixture, which has cooled down in the meantime, and is sealed with the fermentation tube. Finished.

After about 2 days fermentation begins, which can last up to 10 days. When no more bubbles form in the fermentation tube, it is ready.
