For the bell pepper sauce, peel the bell bell pepper and chili bell pepper with a sharp peeler. Remove seeds and white inner ribs, cut into pieces. Finely dice onions.
Heat butter in a pan and brown onions in it, add bell bell pepper and chili pieces and sauté briefly.
Then add a little water, cover and cook. When the peppers are soft, put everything in a blender and blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
