Homemade baby food – First complementary food.
For the carrot-potato-oatmeal porridge, wash, peel and chop the carrot and potato. Cook together in a little water over low heat until soft. Drain and collect the cooking water.
Add the oatmeal to the carrot-peanut chunks and pour in a little cooking water. Blend with a hand blender. Now stir the fruit juice and butter into the carrot-peaple-oatmeal porridge.

This baby carrot-potato-oatmeal porridge is suitable for babies from 6 months of age.
