Instructions:

Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar until very foamy.

Slowly add the eggnog and flour, finally stir in the wheat flour mixed with baking powder, then add the sprinkles.

Pour into 12 paper muffin cups placed in the muffin tray. You can also do it without paper cups, then you have to grease the muffin tray well and dust it with flour.

Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes until the test shows that the muffins are cooked through.
