Instructions:

Cook basmati long grain rice with chili seasoning in cooking water according to package instructions. Remove the skin from the onion and finely dice.

Mix minced meat with breadcrumbs, onion cubes, egg yolks and season with spices.

Form three times the number of meat loaves and fry them in hot oil. Add the ready-to-cook spice mixture for meat pan and heat it up.

Arrange long grain rice and meat loaf in sauce on plates, garnish with fresh chervil to taste.

Mix small pieces of fruit. Pineapple and peach are ideal.
