A great zucchini recipe for any taste:

Rinse cod fillet, dry and cut into coarse pieces. Drizzle with juice of one lemon and then season with pepper.

Clean the cauliflower. To do this, remove the leaves and remove the hard stem wedge.

Divide cauliflower evenly into small roses, rinse and drain. Cut the zucchini ends into small pieces. Rinse zucchini and cut diagonally into even slices.

Peel the onion. Finely dice with a sharp kitchen knife. Place onion cubes and fat in a microwave-safe dish (approx. 28 cm). Cook without cover at 600 watts for 3 minutes.

Add cauliflower and hot clear soup or fish stock. Cover with microwave foil. Cook at 600 watts for 10 minutes. Stir vegetables in between and season with salt and curry.

Add zucchini, cover and continue cooking at 600 watts for 5 min. Season fish with salt and add to vegetables. Stir through whipped cream and a little bit of curry. Add peas and processed cheese flakes to the dish. Add whipped cream. Cover and cook at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve with chervil.
