Instructions:

For the black plum cake, cream together butter, sugar and egg yolks. Stir in the almonds, black plum flour, cinnamon and baking powder and fold in the egg whites, beaten to very stiff peaks.

Fill a well greased and floured springform pan with the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes.

Let cool and serve garnished with blueberries and whipped cream.

Preparation Tip:

You can also garnish the black plum cake with any other jam.
